This little peanut is getting bigger and bigger, and really showing his personality! Peter is very serious, but can also be playful at times. He really knows what he wants and is starting to throw his head back and have a fit if he doesn't get it. He loves his brothers so much, and always wants to be where they are, and doing what they do.
Peter loves being outside, and will stand at the glass door looking longingly outside (especially if his brothers are out there and he is not).
We had an interesting month with Daddy out of town, while Mommy had Pneumonia, and the bigger boys had strep. Grandpa came down to keep us company for a few days, and he brought his dog, Max. Peter, who already loved puppies, could not get enough of Max and would often try to grab his tail. Max was a good sport about it, and would try to lick Peter's face as often as he could.
Peter also loves his Wheely Bug bumble bee. He has gotten very fast pushing it around and loves to chase his brothers around and around the island in the kitchen.
Peter has learned some new skills this month. His babbling sounds more and more like real words, though he hasn't said his first word yet. He is getting much better at standing and can now stand for a few seconds at a time, but hasn't taken his first steps independently yet. The new skill he has used the most though is pointing. He points at everything! As soon as we pick him up he points to wear he wants to go, or at the lights or fans.
With Elliott's birthday this month there have been lots of balloons about, which Peter has loved! He loves grabbing the strings and pulling them up and down, or trying to chase them around the room.
Peter is still a great eater, which we are so grateful for, and especially loves fruits like strawberries and blueberries, and devours his string cheese.
We love to see his cute smile, which is getting bigger as teeth 5 and 6 are coming in!
