Spring means it is time for another Pinewood Derby! This year is William's last year racing as a Cub Scout so he decided he definitely wanted a fast car. Daddy helped him design it, and walked him through the steps, but had William do all the work for his car this year. William and Elliott both wanted Star Wars themed cars. Williams was black with a gold Star Wars logo and hyper speed lines going up the back. Elliott chose a silver grey car with a maroon Rebel symbol.
Watching the race was so nerve-wracking! William won all of his races, and even won the overall award again this year!
He was pretty proud! Elliott wasn't allowed to race in the Scout races, but raced in the sibling race and he won first place too!
We are so lucky to have such a clever Daddy to help with the cars!
