Christmas

Decorating the tree.  Elliott was both excited and super nervous to put the angel on the tree. 

Peter was obsessed with Santa this year, but when the time came to actually meet him it was all too much.  He tried very hard to be brave, but would not look up for anything.  He just looked at his hands and his little Lego Santa.  Finally he couldn't hold it in any more and started tearing up.  We called it quits and tried a new approach.

Peter did much better standing near Mommy and not in Santa's lap, and was happy to get his little bell and candy cane.

On one of the nights of Christmas we had a hot chocolate party.  Peter loved his little marshmallow snow man.

Elliott loved his giant mug of hot chocolate with homemade whipped cream, chocolate covered marshmallows, and sprinkles. 

William was pretty happy too.

Elliott made a pretty fabulous gingerbread house with Ahma.
