We had such a fun time celebrating William on his birthday. We started the day with some good friends joining us to play Xbox games at the house and having In N Out for lunch, before heading out to The Escape Game to do an escape room. It was the first time for us doing an escape room but I don't think it will be the last-the boys had such a great time.
It was a Gold Rush themed room where we had to find clues and unlock codes to travel between 3 rooms in an attempt to find the hidden gold treasure.
It was tricky, but the boys all worked together so well as we battled the clock (we only had 60 minutes to solve it).
William brilliantly solved the final puzzle
and we found the gold!!!
We loved having this great group together (William, Ethan, Peter, Elliott, Eli and Parker)
Then back to our house for a family dinner of California Pizza Kitchen and cake.
We hope it was a great birthday and will be a great year for William.
