This handsome, kind, creative boy turned 13!
We had such a good time celebrating him. And it was so fun seeing how much his friends adore him as well.
We started the morning doing and art heist themed escape room. It was a super tricky room, with lots of surprises.
But in the end, with about 8 minutes to spare, they did it!
Then back home for some pizza, fruit and chips
before Elliott opened gifts, and read the very clever and creative cards his friends wrote him.
Many including a ridiculous number of puns-which Elliott is a big fan of.
He was super excited to finally get a super soft blanket like Mom got for Christmas.
And his friends sang SUPER loudly to wish him a happy birthday.
Peter is always happy to help Elliott blow out his candles (and open his presents for him).
After lunch, cake and gifts, it was time for games. We had a Klask single elimination tournament.
All the kids LOVED playing but in the end...
It was down to Kyler and Elliott for the championship.
Elliott used deceptive distraction techniques and won soundly.
Then they had some frog themed games before all the friends went home.
Later we had another round of celebrating with Nana and Papa and Elliott's cousins, Ella, Steven and Andrew.
We loved so many opportunities to celebrate Elliott and are excited to see what this year holds for him!
