William has finally hit the double digits! This year he chose to take his 2 best friends to Harry Potter world in lieu of a friend party, but the morning of the big day his friend Ethan woke up sick. We were sorry he couldn't come, but William and Elliott still had a great time with Evan.
William said it was a great trip, though he liked Mommy's Butterbeer better, and thought the food could have been a little yummier too. He loved getting his new wand, and was excited that he and Evan chose the same kind. Honeydukes was another favorite stop, where they all chose candy floss, and William was excited to purchase his own feather quill in one of the shops. Mommy made Harry Potter bags for all of the boys to take on the trip with snowy owls inside, along with Firebolt broom pens, and a bag of gold chocolate coins from Gringotts.
His favorite colors are turquoise, neon green, and gold
He can almost always be found kicking a ball of some sort around
He loves writing stories (mostly Minecraft related)
He loves listening to music from Harry Potter, Chima, Star Wars and MInecraft and has some favorite contemporary composers, particularly Jeff Broadbent.
He is teaching himself how to play the piano
A book is always near by, he particularly likes Minecraft related stories, but also loves mysteries like the Secret Series.
On days he can do whatever he wants, he always sleeps in as long as we let him, and spends a good deal of the day in his bed reading a book.
When not reading or writing stories he likes riding his bike, or taking pictures or making movies on his ipod.
