The 3 Wise Men came to visit the baby Jesus.
The boys smelled the frankincense and myrrh, and played with the orb of gold flakes. We talked about how the Wise Men came from the East and how they may have traveled to see the baby Jesus.
Then the boys opened their presents. Elliott got a wooden stacking toy, and William got a little dustpan and broom to help Mommy with.
We also celebrated the winter solstice by rolling beeswax candles. The boys loved having their candles next to them at dinner.
