Elliott is very interested in Harry Potter, since he has listened to the first 2 books in the car. He loves going everywhere with his magic wand, and putting spells on everyone. He is pretty convinced if he tries hard enough they will work. Whenever we are in the car, or have free time, he wants to listen to Harry Potter on my phone. Sometimes he will listen to other CD's on his CD player in his room. He has started enjoying Martin and Sylvia from Sparkle Stories more too.
He is a homebody through and through. His favorite days are the ones where we stay home, and he can be in his jammies all day. He still does not like going to school (he really would rather be at home) but when he does get there he likes playing on the bikes. He is learning to read, but is not really excited about it. He loves his teacher Mr. Ernie, and like wearing hats to school like Mr. Ernie does.
At home he likes to draw, or make things with tape and paper. He also likes riding his bike, scooter, or plasma car. He loves collecting rocks, and flowers, and little animal figures. He is my helper in the garden cutting the plants, or picking our strawberries.
He does not like to eat food though. Meal time is always a challenge with Elliott. He does like white rice, and sometime meatballs, anything else is a challenge. He says his favorite dessert is fudge (which we only make at Christmas) but he will eat ice cream and brownies too. His favorite colors are gold and silver, and he loves his blankie and his stuffed owl.
Elliott thinks his good qualities are that he is nice, and thinks about other people, and that he is good sitting on the carpet nicely. I think he has a very sweet heart, that he does think about other people, and looks for ways to do nice things for them. He likes to surprise me by putting my jammies on my bed for me. He makes good, mature choices, and is often my "policeman" and goes around telling people (mostly his brother) if he is making bad choices. He wakes up every morning with a smile, and is the first one to get dressed and ready for the day. We are so glad Elliott is in our family, he makes our days so much better when he is in them.
