Peter's Broken Finger

Peter won the award for the first broken bone amongst our boys.  He and William were getting worked up inside the house and were told to go outside to play.  William set Peter up in front of our outdoor BBQ and started kicking the soccer ball at him.  One rogue ball bounced and hit him square on the pinky.  Screaming ensued and after realizing he couldn't move his pinky, or have it touched without a lot of pain, it was time for an evening trip to the Urgent Care.  An X-Ray concluded that base of his pinky was fractured and he would need to spend the next two weeks with it in a splint-day and night.  The highlight of the trip was the doctor bear they gave Peter to keep him company and to take home with him.  By the time we left he had had such a good time he asked if we could come back the next day.
